Planner/Urban Designer
Our portfolio of local, regional, and national planning and urban design work includes campus and facilities master plans, streetscape plans, downtown and neighborhood plans, development opportunity studies, and land use/transportation studies.We are currently seeking to enhance our staff with the skills of an entry-level Planner / Urban Designer. Qualified candidates will, at a minimum, possess a degree in planning, urban design, architecture or related field or equivalent experience, have strong writing and graphic skills, and be proficient in a variety of planning and graphic-related software (eg. ArcGIS, Auto CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office). Qualified candidates also will have an understanding of planning processes and methods, land use and transportation issues, and urban design principles necessary to create vibrant, livable communities. They will be pro-active, creative, and committed to sustainability.
