SERA provided urban design services on a master plan for a 750 acre new community in the South Beach area of Newport, Oregon. The master plan integrates residential, neighborhood commercial and industrial uses, and demonstrates a variety of best practices for sustainable planning and design.
Anchored by a new community college campus, Wilder will also feature a walkable village center with neighborhood commercials services, a variety of housing types – including attainable workforce housing - and an integrated road and trail system.
SERA is currently working with the Wilder master developer to create design guidelines and a package of green building strategies appropriate to the site and project demands. |
