The Overlook is a mixed-use urban infill building located on North Interstate Avenue in Portland, along the Interstate light rail transit line. This urban, transit-oriented development is just the type of neighborhood infill that the City of Portland is encouraging throughout the city, and is supported strongly by the Overlook Neighborhood Association.
The Overlook includes 24 condominium units and six penthouse units above 2,200 sf of ground floor retail along Interstate Avenue. Each condominium is two stories, and all are accessed from a central landscaped courtyard terrace that is the literal heart of the project. The units are being marketed toward first-time homeowners and young professionals. Green design features include cork floors and wool carpets. |
