Located in the Alphabet Historic District overlooking Couch Park, the Park Apartments takes its design cues from the Garden Apartments of the 1920s. SERA met extensively with the Northwest District Neighborhood Association land use committee for several months to develop a concept for the site that takes advantage of its unique location.
This six-story, mixed-use building contains 100 market-rate rental apartments, ground-floor retail and below-grade parking and features bay windows, over-hanging cornices, and a central courtyard that reinterprets and revitalizes the older style so popular in the district.
The project is LEED Gold Certified. |
