CoHo Cohousing was started by a group interested in living in a community that supports a more meaningful lifestyle The group’s vision was to build a community that encourages interactions between people, displays environmental stewardship, while still providing housing affordable to people at 80% MFI. Each resident owns their own home with a private backyard. In addition, they also share common outdoor space and a common house, which is the heart of the community. The 3,000 sf building houses a large kitchen and dining room for common meals and has shared amenities such as a laundry room and guest room.
