Patton Park Apartments is the first new Transit Oriented Development to be built along the interstate MAX light rail line (yellow line) and is a prototype for future high density infill along this light rail corridor. The design proves that affordable high density housing can have lively contemporary design that is modern, graphic, and visually engaging while also providing a model for sustainability.
Located south of Patton Park and The Interstate Firehouse Cultural Center in the Overlook neighborhood, Patton Park Apartments opened in January, 2009 and was developed by REACH Community Development. The 5 story building includes 54-units for working families and 4,600 square feet of commercial space. |
